Three separate events... three separate days... Hope you can participate in at least one.
Event #1 on Saturday 12/3 - Join the local car culture at Houston Coffee and Cars for the 2011 Toy Drive benefiting MD Anderson,Harris/Montgomgery Co. Women's Shelters, and Tri-County Wildfires. Come and park in our normal club area and we'll walk over in groups to the toy drop off area.
What to bring: Toys for boys and girls ages 3 to 14. As requested by the organizers, no toys that promote violence or shoot projectiles.
Event #2 on Saturday 12/10 - Roadtrip (carpool if inclined) to join Alamo City LX Car Club in wrapping gifts for the Bexar County Sheriff Toy Drive. We'll meet at the Love's station on I-10 with rollout at 7:30am. Pack some snacks and after our wrapping shift we'll have lunch at Rudy's with ACLX then roll back to H-Town. Member carpools encouraged! Please RSVP for this event so we can get a head count.
What to bring: Toys, wrapping supplies (paper, tape, bows, etc), or both
Event #3 on Friday 12/16 - Drop off a food donations at the Central Meet & Greet to help restock the Houston Food Bank. We'll need some volunteers to help collect these bags in their vehicles and then join the carpool to the Houston Food Bank on Saturday. Magnum owners, it's your time to take the spotlight.
